Hello you,
I mentioned in my last letter that I have a couple of spaces available for my six month One-to-One Embodiment Guidance programme, and I thought maybe I should tell you a bit more about it. You know, instead of presuming that if you were interested you’d go stalk the website. Lol.
Okay, so why work One-to-One? It’s a reasonable question.
I love that so many healing and embodiment practices are things you can do for yourself. It’s actually one of the things I hope that you take away from our six-months together - a toolkit of practices that you know in your bones and can come back to over and over again for support. But one of the a fun ways that our deeply individualistic culture echos in healing and wellness spaces is that it’s not uncommon to think that because we can do it alone that we should. That’s some bullshit.
You can learn (and unlearn) a lot with books and self-practice and occasional classes or workshops, I know I certainly have, but there comes a time when you need a guide. Doing it all alone is only half the story. The other side is the beautiful, uncomfortable experience of being witnessed and challenged and held in process.
No matter how healthy my self-practice is, having someone hold space for me just hits different. Having a space held just for you enables you to go deeper. To see yourself a little more clearly. To unravel the things that keep you stuck without your ego’s mental chatter or your nervous system’s default patterning getting in the way.
Working in a One-to-One container is the chance to get vulnerable, and more importantly to be witnessed in that vulnerability with care. In the words of boygenius - “I can't hide from you like I hide from myself”, and that’s a good thing. That’s where the magic happens.
And it also means that we can co-create a space that is entirely you-shaped, rather than trying to fit yourself into someone else’s idea of growth and transformation. It’s an opportunity to shamelessly meet yourself where you are and learn what you really need to thrive.

On a practical level, working with me One-to-One looks like:
Fortnightly guidance calls, 12 in total over our time together. A recurring space for conversation and mini-practices to regularly check in, pay attention and move towards your intentions
Plus a monthly practice session. Personalised breathwork, rest, somatics, and magic making (this could look like tarot, altar building, ritual, or building relationship with the natural world around you). A dedicated space for deeper practice to help you ground, release & recenter each month
Personalised Notion homepage. Our home base where replays, practices, and resources will live, so you can build a library of support to take away with you
Voxer support over our six months together, so you have ongoing space to discuss resistance, ground in times of disregulation, and ask questions as you weave more body magic into your daily life
A six-month container for deep exploration of your embodiment. This is work that unfolds slowly, and you’ll be energetically held by me throughout our time together so that you can do it supported

I work with a lot of queer babes, femmes, and folks who are neurodivergent, and honestly nothing makes me happier than making space for us weirdos to shine bright and shamelessly claim our power.

We’ll use the simple magic of breath, coupled with music, to help bring you into your body so you can release stuck energy, suppressed emotions, and old ways of being that no longer allow you to thrive. You’ll leave relaxed, connected, and clear eyed.
Sometimes there are tears, sometimes laughter. Sometimes rage, sometimes joy.
