How are these last days of January feeling in your body? Have you checked lately?
Take a second. Take a breath. Notice what’s going on in the internal landscape of your body.
Is there a jangle of anxiety and disregulation in your nervous system? Are the threads of your attention scattered far and wide? Have you been intellectualising your feelings rather than feeling them? Are you running on urgency and fumes?
Our community breathwork practice is tonight, 7pm, UK time.
These groups are an accessible opportunity to connect with your breath and body. They’re time that you can devote to coming back to yourself, in a community of other folks doing the same.
We'll land in the practice by grounding and welcoming in support for our time together, followed by a little journaling to check in with what’s present for you today. Then you’ll settle somewhere comfortable and we’ll breathe, creating space for you to feel and move it all through, before we close with time for restful integration and the invitation to share what came up.
Sessions are recorded, but all the conversations, questions and experiences shared by the group are edited out to encourage confidentiality and intimacy. Which is to say, the recordings are juicy but being there live is even juicier.
These sessions are here to make breathwork and rest practices accessible to folks who are often sidelined in ‘wellness’ - the fat kids, the queers, the bipoc folks, the weirdos. Everyone is welcome.
