Hello you,
I think everyone needs a practice that brings them back to life. Something they that helps them become who they are.
Over the years my practice has looked like many things - yoga asana, meditation, breathwork, witchcraft, journaling, art making - and from afar it looks like a bit of a random buffet. The ADHD inability to stay with one thing. At the root though, always, has been the pull to be more alive in my life. More clearly myself.
The medium wanders but the practice stays the same.
