Your breath and your nervous system are dancing together. Inhale and activate, exhale and settle. It’s a cycle. A loop that plays all your life.
And the thing I’ve found most supportive about my breathwork practice is learning that dance. It always feels kinda magical to shift between rest and activation and back again using my breath alone. Like I’ve found a secret key to unlock more space, more capacity, more awareness.
