Hello you,
Okay so real talk? D was originally going to be for Discomfort. I’m certain that at some point in this series I’ll touch on the ways that breathwork has expands our capacity to stay with discomfort, and how that opens us up to deeper experiences of aliveness.
For now though, spooky season has fully enveloped me and my inner goth weirdo is in her element so D is actually for Death.
Death is inevitable. Small deaths, big deaths. It’s the way life transforms. Everything dies eventually. Some deaths require grieving, some deserve celebration. Our breath holds us in all of it until the very end.
The zine is below, and you can also find a link to the pdf version here.
I’ve also recently opened my books for sliding scale one-to-one sessions. If you’re looking for individual support finding more clarity, creativity, intuition, and groundedness I’d love to work with you. You can find out more and book a session here
Hi Elle! I'm just now catching up on these and I'm so excited about the zine component! It was lovely to read those and your page for Death was moving. Whenever I pull the Death tarot card, I try to see it as an opportunity to become more fully me, more fully on the path I need to be on, even if there is some grief involved in letting go of something. I'm looking forward to more of your A-Z posts. <3
